Note: Location Change Due to Inclement Weather Meeting in Pavilion 21 Kiwanis Area of Lancaster County Central Park We are pleased to announce that we have engaged Matthew Woodson for live music in the garden. Matt, based in Lancaster pa, is a versatile musician specializing in steelpan Caribbean music and percussion performance. His rhythms will welcome you as you arrive in the garden. We will follow the theme with a tropical fruit punch and an optional splash of rum to add to the fun, fruit kabobs, and a bit of jerk. Following some social time we’ll gather for performance time when Matt will add vocals.
The other special emphasis of this event is welcoming non-members who want to learn more about Lancaster Downtowners. Not a requirement but it would be great if you could bring non-member guests. The event listing will allow you to register non-member guests, so be sure to do this if you plan to bring others. Please bring your own chair or blanket.
