This 1852 Herr Family Homestead authentically depicts life on a 19th century Lancaster County farm. After touring the homestead we’ll take a 30-45 minute walk through the park grounds then drive to the nearby Blue Collar restaurant for lunch. Please be prepared to make a minimum donation of $5 cash for the tour.
The group will meet at in the Community Mennonite Church parking lot, 328 West Orange St. to arrange carpools leaving no later than 9:30. As part of the registration process, you will be asked if you want to volunteer to drive or would prefer riding with someone else.
Registration is limited to twelve persons and will close Tuesday May 9 at 9 pm.
