Stephen Campbell became Lancaster City’s Director of Public Works in January of 2020. He will spend the hour with us offering an overview of his responsibilities with regards to things such as streets, parks, recreation, and public buildings (Police Station, City Hall etc.) Of particular interest to Downtowners is his involvement in Vision Zero, an initiative to eliminate traffic related deaths and injuries by the year 2030. Mr. Campbell will allow time for interaction and feedback both during and after his presentation.
